What is 'snipping' (street marketing) discussion

After watching the video, answer the following questions

1. What is snipping?

2. What are some of the benefits of using young males to promote record labels literally on the streets? Explain?

3. In the video, it talks about how it is okay for politicians to distribute flyers but not Street Teams.  Is this a double standard?  Is it justified?  Why or why not?  

HOMEWORK:  Read Sec 4.3 in the textbook on collecting primary data and fill in worksheet "E"
