Commercial Day:) Movie trailers

Today we are going to look at real estate developments.

Use the internet to help you answer the following questions

1.  What is the difference between commercial real estate and residential?
2.  What is a mortgage?

3. Are these commercial or residential developments?
4.  Who is the target market for these developments?  BE SPECIFIC!  look at the pictures, the layout, number of bedrooms, and read the write ups to determine the target market.

7.  Look at all of the pictures on the website, what do they have to do with selling homes?  

8.  Do you feel that this website is effective for marketing to the Target Audience?  Why/Why not?
